Alex es un chiko muy preparado para el tour está disponible para todo y aunque no para de hablar, por esto de que es en dos idiomas ,,, en el buen sentido, debería ser en un solo idioma así no se pierde tiempo repitiendo todo en inglés y en castellano, se hace muy ameno el paseo,,, creo que el tour está hecho con el tiempo breve, y Girona es una ciudad para darle una hora más, Antonio creo así se llama el conductor, muy prudente y precavido en la vía Translate this opinion into English.

En un tour grupal Civitatis no toma temperatura, no pide vacunas, no tiene bus con ventilación(ni baño) encerrados respirando horas mismo oxigeno y lo peor entró una joven que no paraba de toser (sintoma compatible Covid en rebrote x Omicron y con tapabocas bajo que tuvimos que avisar y adelantarnos en el bus para tener distancia). Alex y Cristina excelentes en su guia, pero soy clienta de años y no volveré a tomar tours que no sean free al aire libre hasta que no nos expongan de esa manera. Entiendo la irresponsabilidad de ella de no autoaislarse hasta hacerse test(lo he hecho con resultado negativo 2 veces) pero la empresa como tantos lugares deberia tomar medidas sanitarias. Una pena x lo bello de Girona y el Museo

La normativa vigente no obliga a pedir el pasaporte de vacunación ni a tomar la temperatura de los clientes. Sin embargo, se insta a todos los participantes a llevar la mascarilla puesta en espacios cerrados. Sentimos si algún participante no respetó esta norma. Por otro lado, el autobús se desinfecta a diario y se ventila cada vez que se bajan los pasajeros. Aun así, pedimos disculpas si algún elemento de la actividad provocó inseguridad. Ya hemos tomado nota de los comentarios y los tendremos en cuenta para mejorar.
