Barceloneta Beach

Barceloneta Beach

Barcelonata Beach is, along with Sant Sebastiá, one of the largest and oldest beaches in Barcelona.

It is very close to the city center and is very easy to get to by public transport, making it one of the most visited beaches in the city and especially popular among tourists and young people that like to do a bit of sport.

The beach has numerous sports and leisure facilities including beach volleyball courts, table tennis tables, a gymnastics area and an area for children to play. If you like reading, you’ll also find a beach library.
