It didn't go ahead. We booked on the day and when we arrived we were told the times had changed and we could only go an hour later. Which sadly didn't work for our other plans!! Very disappointed feels like we were scammed!

We are sorry that you could not carry out the activity. The local supplier told us that there was an unexpected cancellation and they offered you an alternative, but you couldn't accept it. We confirm that the refund has already been made in your favor.

It was really lovely and would 100% recommend it. Except the photograph is really annoying. She kept making people be in photos and they looked really uncomfortable. The drinks weren’t great either.

The tickets I bought through this website were cancelled 3 hours before the time of the activity. I booked the tickets several days ahead of the activity and just 3 hours before the departure time I recieved an email informing me that the tickets were not confirmed. The schedule of our trip was ruined because of that cancellation. The tickets were cruise trip in Barcelona.

We have confirmed that, due to a computer error, you were allowed to book, but there was actually no availability to be able to offer you the activity. We are sorry you were unable to enjoy the experience. A refund has been issued.
