Vende un paseo en barco con fondo de cristal y está cerrada la zona y no lo avisan decepción total

En la actualidad el espacio con fondo de cristal no está abierto para garantizar las medidas de distanciamiento social frente a la Covid. Sentimos no haberte avisado con mayor antelación. Se ha procedido a compensarte por las molestias y también se ha actualizado la descripción de la actividad.

Teniendo en cuenta que la excursión tiene un coste de 7,50€, la experiencia estuvo bien, pero tengo que decir que el "fondo de cristal" no lo vi por ninguna parte, así que decepción total por esta parte y el otro punto a tener en cuenta es la puntualidad. Civitatis nos pedía estar 15 minutos con antelación y por alguna razón aún no entiendo el porqué... el catamarán SIN fondo de cristal llegó a las 12:27 y zarpó a las 12:43.. La salida estaba prevista para las 12:20.

Considering that the tour costs € 7.50, the experience was fine, but I have to say that I did not see the "glass bottom" anywhere, so I was totally disappointed by this part and the other point to keep in mind is punctuality. Civitatis asked us to be 15 minutes in advance and for some reason I still do not understand why ... the catamaran WITHOUT glass bottom arrived at 12:27 and set sail at 12:43 .. The departure was scheduled for 12:20 .

me quede sin subir al catamaran y me cambiaron por un bote mas pequeño... auque la atencion de la chica fue muy buena no me quede conforme ya que el bote en el que dimos el paseo no tenia nada que ver al catamaran y mis amigos venian del extrangero a conocer el puerto y no disfrutaron lo mismo...
