Terrible, transfer was 1 hour late. I made 3 calls to the company and they kept telling me 5 more minutes which was a lie. When the driver finally arrived I told him he was late & he just shrugged his shoulders like he didn't care. The bus smelled like a sewer, very unpleasant. The driver did not help us to load our luggage but he did help to unload. I have 3 other transfers already booked and paid for but I am now concerned on whether or not they will be on time.

The transfer was in time, however we know you had some problems to find each other at the terminal. Anyway we are very sorry for the inconveniences and we have taken note to improve the service.

Driver wasn’t there we had to wait 20 minutes and chase the provider by phone

Your flight arrived with 30 minutes delay. It was necessary for the driver to go to the parking later. In other case, you would have to pay an additional fee.
