No fue entregado el total del servicio que contrate, primero no se cumplio con el retiro en el hotel que habia contratado sino que la agencia me fijo un punto de encuentro a 4 cuadras de mi Hotel , no me complico ya que como llevaba varios dias en Barcelona y estaba de vacaciones no me quise amargar por ese motivo , pero si uno contrata un servicio deben entregar lo que se indica , lo otro que no cumplio en su totalidad es que yo pedi una incursion en Español , pero la agencia meclo 2 grupos
