I was really looking forward to this experience. We’d arrived hours early with our paperwork ready to board. We specifically intended to sit at the front on the nets to watch the sunset over Barcelona with a glass of wine. However, when joining the queue to board, we discovered by chance that our paperwork needed to be taken to the ticket office on the quayside to be exchanged for a red boarding voucher!
