the bar that we went in we supposed to get 2 shots , instead of that, they gave us some juice, when i complained about that to the guide, he made a racist comment( about the country that i came from) and tried to get away with it. I wouldn't recommend to any to this event.

The shots were of a mixture containing alcohol. On the other hand, at Civitatis we are adamantly opposed to any prejudiced behavior, regardless of race, gender, or any other particular circumstance. We are sorry if you felt offended at any time, but we can assure you that this was never the guide's intention.

LUEGO NOS LLEVÓ A 3 LUGARES HORROROSOS Y SOLO TUVIMOS UN TRAGO EN EL PRIMER BAR Q ES REALMENTE ESPANTOSO!!! LUEGO TUVIMOS NO HUBO NADA INCLUIDO EN LOS OTROS, COMO DECÍA EN LA DESCRIPCIÓN! SIN CONTAR Q NUNCA FUE UNA EXCURSIÓN PORQUE EL "GUÍA" NI UNA FOTO QUISO SACARNOS PORQUE ESTABA APURADO Y JAMÁS NOS EXPLICÓ ABSOLUTAMENTE NADAAAAAAA

APPALLING!!! A REAL SCAM!!! WE BOOKED WITH A GUIDE IN SPANISH AND HE ONLY SPOKEN ENGLISH (IN SPAIN!!!!!). THEN HE TAKES US TO 3 HORRIBLE PLACES AND WE ONLY HAD ONE DRINK AT THE FIRST BAR WHICH IS REALLY AWFUL!!! THEN WE HAD THERE WAS NOTHING INCLUDED IN THE OTHERS, AS IT SAID IN THE DESCRIPTION! NOT COUNTING THAT IT WAS NEVER AN EXCURSION BECAUSE THE "GUIDE" WANTED TO TAKE A PHOTO OF US BECAUSE HE WAS IN A HURRY AND NEVER EXPLAINED ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING TO US

Mal planificada, no se detalla el punto exacto del comienzo del tour. El guía totalmente inexperto, aparte, no hablaba el idioma español. Precio muy alto por el servicio recibido.
