The tour was sold as a 5.5 hour activity. Due to a few delays, only an hour was given to see anything in the city. Half of that was standing in line to see the black Madonna. The rest was rushing back to the bus. No time for the museum. For some reason the ride back was combined with a full day tour group, and were back in Barcelona by 7:30PM. More time spent in transport and delays than on tour. Big waste of money.

The tour was quite good, liked it a lot, but there are few things that might be done different 1. Upper station of the train was closed on Saturday, so it feels like i missed something interesting. It would have been nice to have this information before buying ticket. 2. It would be more involving if tour guide could tell some interesting storied about the place or make the tour more interactive, as most of the information tour guide told us was repeating during audio-visual tour. Thank you!

La guía estuvo muy bien, la visita fue espectacular y encima nos salió un día soleado para poder disfrutar de las vistas. Un consejo para tener en cuenta: en el autobús no se oían las explicaciones de la guía, no por culpa de ella si no por los miembros del grupo, por lo que se podía empezar a utilizar los auriculares desde el autobús. The guide was very good, the visit was spectacular and on top of that we had a sunny day to enjoy the views. A tip to keep in mind: the explanations of the guide were not heard on the bus, not because of her but by the members of the group, so you could start using the headphones from the bus.
