The tour was quite good, liked it a lot, but there are few things that might be done different 1. Upper station of the train was closed on Saturday, so it feels like i missed something interesting. It would have been nice to have this information before buying ticket. 2. It would be more involving if tour guide could tell some interesting storied about the place or make the tour more interactive, as most of the information tour guide told us was repeating during audio-visual tour. Thank you!

Atienden primero a los de habla inglés. Y después de esperar 15 minutos de explicación a ellos sigue la explicación a los de habla español que casi no nos permite realizar las actividades por las que pagamos. Le dan mucha más prioridad a los que hablan inglés

Muy bonito el tour aunque es muy poco tiempo el que tienes para ver todo, nosotros nada más alcanzamos a hacer fila (demasiado larga por cierto), para ver a la Virgen; te sugieren hacer una caminata a un mirador donde se encuentra una cruz, pero en subir y bajar tardas como una hora y no tienes tiempo; te sugieren hacer otra caminata del Viacrucis también en una hora pero no tienes tiempo; nos dieron unos tickets para canjear por una bebida o galleta y ni eso alcanzamos!
