Nos cancelaron la visita al Park Guell sin darnos explicaciones, y no nos ofrecieron aunque sea una entrada. Pasaron unos dias y aun no tenemos el reembolso. No pudimos conseguir entradas por nuestra cuenta porque estaban agotadas. Nos perdimos esta experiencia que nos empcionaba

They canceled Park Güell without warning. We had planned this activity well in advance, and we were frustrated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THROUGH CIVITATIS; BOOK ON THE PLATFORMS ON SITE. Marta, the Sagrada Familia guide, is a 10/10 guide. I'm sorry she works with a company as irresponsible as yours. Good luck to her.

Hola,el tour constaba de visita guiada con entrada a la Sagrada Familia y al Parque Güell con transporte incluído entre ambos sitios, ESE TRANSPORTE NO ESTUVO, escribí varias veces para saber cómo seguía el tour, hora etc,NO RECIBÍ RESPUESTA,si no era por otros visitantes que tenían el mismo tour no sabía hora de la visita al parque.Jamás respondieron. Tuve que ir caminando de un lugar a otro. Contraté ese tour más que nada por el transporte y esa organización.Debería recibir alguna devolución.

Hello, the tour consisted of a guided tour with admission to the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell, with transportation included between the two sites. THAT TRANSPORTATION WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I wrote several times to find out how the tour was going, the time, etc., but I DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY. If it weren't for other visitors who had the same tour, I wouldn't know the time of the visit to the park. They never responded. I had to walk from one place to another. I booked that tour mainly for the transportation and the organization. I should receive a refund.

Compramos el combo de la sagrada familia y el parque guel, a mi como a los otros turistas q habían comprado ambos, la locomoción no nos fue a buscar, la guía nos dijo que no es su problema.. Falta coordinación de parte de la agencia.

Fue un dia lluvioso no teniamos paraguas lo cual ya hizo que la experiencia no sea tan buena, cuando salimos a buscar el paraguas para seguir la experiencia en el Parque nos desubicamos y no encontramos al grupo, solicitamos que se nos devuelva un porcentaje ya que por ese incidente no fuimos al parque e indicaron que no era factible apesar de escribir con anticipación por What app y recibir una respuesta al dia siguiente.

It was a rainy day and we didn't have an umbrella, which made the experience not so good. When we went out to look for the umbrella to continue the experience in the Park, we got lost and couldn't find the group. We asked for a percentage to be returned to us since we didn't go to the park due to that incident, and they indicated that it wasn't feasible despite writing in advance via WhatsApp and receiving a response the next day.
