El conductor no pasó por mi. Lo esperé en el punto de encuentro antes de la hora y lo esperé dos horas. Me contactó 5 horas después diciendo que si estuvo y que me llamó. No tengo ninguna llamada, yo estuve más que puntual y me trató de mentirosa. Gasté mucho dinero y el guía no me recogió. Me dejaron apretada y no pude ir. Necesito el rembolso, porque yo si estuve en el punto de encuentro, intenté contactarme con él fui, la agencia, y la aplicación. Solo Civitatis me respondió
