Nuestro guía, Eduard, nos explicó con todo detalle y de forma muy amena la historia y arquitectura de la casa. Entramos sin colas y pudimos visitar las instalaciones sin aglomeraciones. Teníamos reserva para las 18h, pero la ver que podíamos ir antes llamamos para preguntar si había algún otro turno disponible. Nos hicieron la gestión sin problema. Tenia visita guiada en españo a las 9.30 hoy dia 26 de julio. Al llegar nos dicen que el bono de civitatis es erroneo y la visita en español es a las 10.30. Pague por algo que no se realizo por vuestra culpa . Espero compensacion. Hare reclamacion

El sitio es precioso pero el guía en español que nos asignaron, parecía excesivamente apurado, al punto que era imposible seguirle y por tanto escucharle. Fue demasiado general, se pudo aprovechar mejor profundizando en temas relacionados con el levantamiento de la casa, materiales utilizados, procedencia de los azulejos, artesanos empleados (si se conocieran) especialmente en la habitación de los hombres, etc

The site is beautiful, but the Spanish-speaking guide assigned to us seemed excessively rushed, to the point that it was impossible to follow him, and therefore to hear him. He was too general; a better opportunity could have delved deeper into topics related to the construction of the house, the materials used, the origin of the tiles, the artisans employed (if known), especially in the men's room, etc.
