Ho richiesto il cambiamento dell'orario della visita e mi è stato concesso. non mi è stato comunicato in loco che col nostro biglietto gold avevamo diritto ad un percorso extra né tale percorso era indicato lungo il percorso standard per cui ci siamo trovati all'uscita sicuri di aver fatto il percorso completo previsto dal biglietto gold. Fortunatamente uno del gruppo si è ricordato che avremmo dovuto visitare una zona non prevista dal biglietto standard ed abbiamo chiesto al personale. Translate this opinion into English.
