Civitatis, realmente la peor experiencia con CIVITATIS! No entiendo cómo permiten tener esta clase de intermediarios, donde ahora la tecnología es nuestra mano derecha y que cuando se viaja, lo menos que quieres es ir a buscar boletos y perder tiempo en ese tipo de diligencias! La peor experiencia con CIVITATIS! Perdí el dinero y me tocó comprar nuevamente los boletos en el estado del Barça para poder disfrutar de tan magnifica experiencia!

L’activité en lui même était bien mais aucune information sur le faite que le bus se prend bien à la gare et non que l’on doit y aller par c’est propre moyen. De plus, étant handicapé, je paye mon cher mon billet mais un fais de plus, je n’ai rien trouvé sur le site.

Ayant commandé des billets pour visiter le stade Camp Nous, j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de m'apercevoir, le jour où je me suis présenté au stade, que le mail que j'avais reçu après le paiement de ma réservation ne correspondait pas aux billets mais indiquait qu'il fallait se rendre à l'autre bout de la ville (stand du prestataire de billetterie) pour les retirer. J'avais mal lu le mail. Bref, j'ai perdu une 1/2journee à être venu pour rien. Heureusement hotline et accueil très aimables

Une grosse arnaque. Le prestataire en est responsable. Ne surtout pas acheter de billets auprès de cette agence pour cette visite. Ni sur Civitatis. Aller directement sur le site du camp nou. Surtout qu’en plus il faut aller chercher les billets dans cette agence qui est a l’autre bout de Barcelone. Que de temps et d’argent de perdus pour des billets que l’on peut acheter au stade sans faire la queue….
