Muy buena, completa y la frecuencia de buses era alta, por lo cual, no tuve que esperar demasiado tiempo. El único detalle es que el conductor de uno de los buses no esperó a que los pasajeros estén sentados y arrancó con fuerza y una señora casi se cae, por suerte se pudo apoyar en las escaleras, por seguridad, entendiendo que tienen tiempo límite para salir de cada parada, sería importante que reciban a los pasajeros que van a poder esperar a que se sienten antes de arrancar.

Lo que comentaban en el audioguia no coincidia con el momento donde veíamos la que nombraban. En algunas ocasiones ni siquiera colocaban el audioguia para monumentos y no avisaban siempre las paradas. El audio guia podria explicar mas en detalle.

Nos fue bien, se tardaba un poco pero era comprensible por el tráfico. Lo único que no nos ha gustado que el conductor donde íbamos a coger el autobús, viendo que veníamos corriendo, nos deja con la puerta cerrada en la cara. Lo ha abierto porque la persona que cobra, le da el ok. Me parece que no son empáticos en ese sentido, porque si venimos corriendo es porque no queremos esperar el próximo autobús. La audioguía va a destiempo. No coinciden las explicaciones con lo que ves en mucha parte del recorrido., eso contando con que funcione donde te sientas que no son todos. El personal no es lo más simpático de Barcelona... Esta bien para moverte por la ciudad.

Foi boa/normal, embora a informação que eu recebi quando reservei, sobre o ponto de embarque NÃO foi preciso. Informava que era no Arco do Triunfo, porém não dizia exatamente onde. Ficamos procurando até desistir e decidimos embarcar na parada da Sagrada Família. Vocês deveriam mandar o mapa, deixando ao cliente a decisão de onde embarcar.
