Overall a great experience and the tour guide was amazing and knew a lot about the club. But the directions and meeting point of the tour could of had more instructions. Myself and other guests on the tour had trouble actually locating where to go maybe a name of the bar or ticket office as a meeting point would be a better indication.

The tour was very good and informative with a great guide. The only problem I had was knowing who to meet before hand, it might be a good idea if the person you meet initially had a banner with the company logo on to highlight who they are

The bus was not working so they couldn't take us, so we have to wait for an hour and we decided to go by ourselves on a taxi that we have to pay, so we need you to return the part of the money that we lost, they only gave us the tickets to enter the stadium, they didn't got us there and no guided tour we were there at the station waiting a lot

Tuvimos una mala experiencia con el proveedor Llegamos a las 10AM al punto de encuentro, con un personal de testigo y no estaba el guia. Cuando llamamos al proveedor nos decia que el guia ya estaba adentro y no podiamos entrar, lo que nos parecia super injunto debido a que llegamos justo a tiempo. Es decir que el guia salio antes. El camp nou y el tour merece la pena visitarlos si vas a Barcelona, pero no puedes poner que el tour es en Español y hacer el tour en dos idiomas. Se hace muy tedioso que tenga el guia que contar todo en dos idiomas por que vengan 3 personas que no saben hablar español. Imagino que habra otros tours en Inglés pero los demas que pagamos la actividad en Español no tenemos la culpa de que se apunte gente que no hable el idioma

The Camp Nou and the tour are worth visiting if you go to Barcelona, but you can't say that the tour is in Spanish and do the tour in two languages.
