Excursión desastrosa. El 28/04 hubo un apagón y no funcionó nada en PortAventura. Pero lo peor fue que el bus de regreso nunca apareció. Estuvimos en el punto indicado desde las 17:30 hasta las 18:45 y nadie vino a recogernos. Tuvimos que volver por nuestra cuenta pagando 37,20 €. Civitatis solo reembolsa las entradas y nos ignora totalmente. Servicio nefasto y nada fiable. NO RECOMIENDO.

Disastrous excursion. On April 28, there was a power outage, and nothing worked at PortAventura. But the worst part was that the return bus never showed up. We were at the designated point from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., and no one came to pick us up. We had to return on our own, paying €37.20. Civitatis only refunds tickets and completely ignores us. Terrible and unreliable service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Sentimos que no hayas podido llegar a tiempo para tomarlo. En cuanto al Parque, Civitatis entiende que, debido al apagón, no fue posible disfrutar de la excursión. Para empezar el bus salió 10 minutos después de la hora programada lo cual hizo que llegáramos después de la apertura del parque y que mucha gente ingresara antes que nosotros. Adicionalmente el parque cierra a las 22:30 y el regreso está programado para las 18:30 lo cual son 4 horas menos de disfrute del parque y hace que se pierda tiempo para poder ver mas atracciones. No recomiendo que reserven esta actividad si continúa con ese horario tan reducido.

El bus estaba bien limpio y partió en la hora puntual. Como opciones de mejora recomendaria que el bus vaya por la ruta de peaje que es más rápida, lo cual nos daria más tiempo para estar en el sitio. Tivemos alguns problemas. O ônibus chega muito tarde no parque. O meu bilhete veio com a data errada e não havia ninguém da agência no local para me ajudar, as coisas foram resolvidas com dificuldade. Muito pouco tempo para ficar no parque da Ferrari
