Didn't have a valid QR code sent from you so they won't allow me to go inside. Terrible experience.

We have confirmed that there were problems with the local supplier's system in generating the QR codes. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. A refund has been processed.

Your video must have English subtitles throughout the video, not just for translation of Catalan speakers. This is essential for the hard of hearing & tourists with English as second language. We pointed this out 7 years ago but there has been no progress in this area. Otherwise a magnificent art nouveau concert hall.

Me incluisteis en un horario con idioma en inglés y tuve que reclamar en el mismo Palacio para ver si había alguna hora en español y me pudieran cambiar el pase. Porque por suerte más tarde había en español y había entradas y teníamos ese tiempo libre. Sí no, hubiéramos tenido que entrar pero no enterarnos de nada
