Cuando llegamos al punto de encuentro, Civitatis había informado mal a la guía respecto al número de participantes. Éramos tres adultos y a ella le constaban sólo dos, hizo las comprobaciones y efectivamente éramos tres. A pesar de ello, solo tenía dos adioguías para nuestro grupo de tres, a pesar de nuestra insistencia, solo nos dio dos. Al final obtuvimos una tercera audioguia solo porque otros participantes no asistieron. No me parece serio y lo considera un mal servicio por parte de Civitati

No me ha terminado de gustar, esperaba otra cosa. El tour se podría resumir en lo siguiente: 1- Te llevan a una calle. 2- Te hablan mucho sobre la Historia de Barcelona (en exceso para esas horas). 3- Te cuenta una breve historia de fantasmas. En todas el final siempre es el mismo, que por la noche se ve alguna sombra o supuesto ruido. Y así sucesivamente con diferentes calles. Necesitan mejorar y relacionar mejor las calles con las historias, y que no sea siempre el mismo final.

No nos gustó demasiado el tour, las explicaciones fueron escuetas y pocas historias de fantasmas, parecía un tour de la ciudad. Se hacía pesado al no ser en inglés o español sino que constantemente se iba traduciendo lo mismo.
