Paul fue nuestro guía y estaba muy bien documentado, acompañado de mapas, diagramas, fotografías, etc que hacía mucho más comprensible la información compartida. Debes presentarte por la entrada lateral de visitantes; ahí venden boletos directamente, pero si has reservado el tour solo debes esperar a que el guía aparezca con la lista de quienes tomarán la visita con él. En nuestro grupo fuimos 10, incluyendo un par de niños. Además de explicaciones de la historia de la Basílica y de sus materiales/funciones, incluyó una explicación de la evolución de Barcelona, sus murallas y el alejamiento de la línea costera.
