La guía que nos tocó excelente, muy bien la explicion y muy buena la disposición a explicar y ayudar . Creo que el tour es muy poco tiempo para todo lo qué hay que hacer en Monserrat, no se logra hacer ni la mitad de las cosas y eso te deja una sensación de no aprovechar el día. Recomiendo tomar 2 excursiones en 2 días para poder hacer todo, ir por cuenta propia y poder hacer todo al propio ritmo o ir sabiendo que no se puede hacer todo. La organización , puntualidad y guía, excelente.

Excursión un poco accidentada, no se cojio la ruta correcta y tuvimos que volver hacia atras para cojer la ruta buena, llegamos casi una hora mas tarde de lo previsto. El sitio especracular, lo recomiendo, pero si se quiere ver todo hay que ir con más tiempo.La explicación del guia correcta pero si encontre en falta explicación sobre la historia de Montserrat, porque y quien hizo alli el templo, la historia de la virgen...cosas que se podrian explicar durante el trayecto. Me falto informacion.

El punto de encuentro no es el que está en la reserva. No hay tiempo para hacer todo lo que proponen. No se escucha la guía. El tour es muy caro para lo que ofrecen. Decepcionante. Dinero tirado fuera.

Nos informaron mal el horario de partida (nos hicieron llegar a las 7:00 AM en lugar de las 8:00 hs). Mala organización del tiempo (estuvimos a punto de no ver a la virgen porque llegamos tarde (no fue culpa del grupo). En ningun momento se mencionaron las historias de los nazis, Leonardo Da Vinci buscando el Santo Grial, que estaban mencionadas en la descripción del tour

La información que figura en tu reserva y correo de confirmación es que este tour comienza a las 8:00. Sentimos si el proveedor te indicó por error que te presentases a las 7:00. Por otro lado, los guías están disponibles para atender dudas, pero la información que dan ellos no tiene por qué estar relacionada con la descripción del tour, en el que se indice especialmente en los lugares que se van a visitar.

Buen tour, en cuanto a precio fue de los más económicos que encontré. Cave considerar que el guía solo acompaña en la entrada la abadía, no dentro de la catedral ni a las otras actividades como el museo o la degustación de licores donde no hay nadie que explique. Me abría gustado saber sobre la fabricación de los licores por ejemplo, pero nadie acompaña la actividad. No se hace mención a temas que están publicados en el sitio web como los nazis en el lugar, las colecciones que se atesoran, etc.

Las explicaciones se realizan al reunir al grupo y adentro de la Abadía de Montserrat. El resto de las visitas las realizan los participantes por su cuenta. Sentimos si este o algún otro aspecto de la actividad no estuvo a la altura de lo que se esperaba.
