Tivemos que ir buscar os ingressos em outro local e isso atrasou um pouco o passeio. Ao chegar no Camp Nou, nos informaram que o acesso pela manhã já estava encerrado. Chegamos por volta das 10h30. Tivemos que voltar mais tarde, pois tínhamos outro passeio. Começamos a visita as 15h e por volta das 16h20 começaram a nos apressar e a fechar vários lugares e não conseguimos tirar fotos na sala de coletiva nem nos vestiários. Tirando isso, a visita foi bem bacana.

Na descrição da atividade informamos que o duração total do tour é de aproximadamente 90 minutos e é feito livremente. Além disso, oferecemos os horários de atendimento para que você possa consultá-los quando quiser. Lamentamos se não foram úteis. Mesmo assim, ficamos felizes em saber que gostou da atividade. Pior agência que já tive o desprazer de conhecer. Não me ajudou, não devolveu meu dinheiro, me cobrou por taxas inexistentes. Gastei cerca de R$ 1000 é só pude ir ao camp nou (Barcelona), sendo que comprando na hora é muito mais barato e não tem filas como os mesmos informam.

No entiendo cómo permiten tener esta clase de intermediarios, donde ahora la tecnología es nuestra mano derecha y que cuando se viaja, lo menos que quieres es ir a buscar boletos y perder tiempo en ese tipo de diligencias! La peor experiencia con CIVITATIS! Perdí el dinero y me tocó comprar nuevamente los boletos en el estado del Barça para poder disfrutar de tan magnifica experiencia!

L’activité en lui même était bien mais aucune information sur le faite que le bus se prend bien à la gare et non que l’on doit y aller par c’est propre moyen. De plus, étant handicapé, je paye mon cher mon billet mais un fais de plus, je n’ai rien trouvé sur le site.
